With over 30 years in IT and web development, I've seen the industry evolve from dial-up connections to AI-powered search. Throughout that time, one thing hasn't changed: the best websites are those that work brilliantly for the people using them.
I founded 365i to bring enterprise-level expertise to businesses that deserve better than template-driven mediocrity. Every project gets my personal attention, because your website is too important to delegate to juniors.
Our Story
365i started life in 2002 as 365i Hosting, providing reliable WordPress hosting to UK businesses. Over the years, clients kept asking: "Can you help with our website too?" It turned out that understanding hosting gave us unique insights into what makes websites perform.
Today, 365i Web Design sits alongside our hosting business, offering a complete solution: websites designed for speed and conversion, hosted on infrastructure we control and optimise ourselves. It's a combination few agencies can match.
We're based in Kettering, Northamptonshire, but work with clients across the UK and beyond. Most communication happens via video calls and email, which means geography isn't a barrier to working together.
The company behind it all is BSolve IT Limited, registered in England and Wales and trading since 2002. 365i Web Design is one of five brands it runs: 365i for hosting and infrastructure, Press Forge for WordPress builds, McNeece for long-term site care, and the AI Visibility specifications alongside this one. Same small team behind each, different front door depending on what you need. If you'd rather see the group-level view of who does what, the parent company publishes it.

Mark responded twice to my issue raised within 15 minutes. He was accurate and helped resolve my issue with the DNS records not accepting a CNAME for the root.

Absolutely amazing customer service! For years I been having constant issues with my website from plug-in issues to my hosting provider not giving me enough resources to actually host my site properly. Mark worked tirelessly and managed to not only solve all my website issues but also provide a much better hosting service at a fraction of the cost that I was previously paying. I’ve had a few websites over the years, so I thought I knew what to expect… I didn’t. The new Lockerfella site is way beyond anything I had in mind. The big one for me is performance. I know how important Google PageSpeed is, and this site hits 100 across the board, which I never thought I’d see. Fast, solid, and done properly. 365i is easily the best hosting I’ve used, with a team that really knows their stuff. You’d have to be mad to go anywhere else.
