We have recently migrated our website to 365i. With Marks help not only was the migration seamless and speedy but Mark fixed a lot of persistent issues that had been around for ages. I would give 10 stars if I could. I signed up to 365i as I wanted to move away from WIX, and this seemed like a reliable and cost effective way to do it. What I didn't appreciate, was how much work goes into the back end of making a website. I am a total newbie, I have never had to make a website from scratch before, and I made all of the errors along the way. Mark noticed I made an error when moving my domain name, and proactively sent me a message tellingme what I needed to do. I then managed to do something wrong so my client emails were no longer coming through to me, and at the same time, had made a mistake on workdpress which blocked me from signing in. Advice on the internet was complicated or said I had to start again. I opened a ticket, and Mark fixed it within a few minutes. He also explained a few things I needed to update (that I never, ever would have known), and did those for me too. I am so pleased I chose such a helpful and responsive web hosting platform. I cannot recommend them enough.

Mark responded twice to my issue raised within 15 minutes. He was accurate and helped resolve my issue with the DNS records not accepting a CNAME for the root.

We have been using Bsolveit for the last couple of years for our website and highly recommend them. There is never any issues when the site needs updating or changing and always available for advise. We asked for some changes and they were actioned immediately which was fantastic.
